The Life Studio
PSYCHOTHERAPY
Therapy looks different for everyone, which is why I combine evidence-based approaches with authentic, empathetic connection. My goal is to create a safe, inclusive space where all parts of you—your story, values, and experiences—can be understood. Together, we explore your journey at your pace, with you as the expert of your own life.
“The purpose of psychotherapy is to set people free”
